Foodie Friday 

Coconut Flour pancakes. Made this quick and simple recipe for my kids👫🚶–while I drank fatty coffee 🔫☕️

Ingredients:4 eggs
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey 

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

coconut oil or butter for frying

Combine above ingredients, except the butter (use for frying). Cook till done 😜 this recipe makes about 12 pancakes. 

Enjoy 💜 you can freeze leftovers ❄️
